Cancel or resume your subscription

Cancel renewal

Canceling stops automatic renewal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then ends without another renewal charge.

1. Open Billing and find the Subscriptions section.
2. Choose Manage next to the subscription.
3. Choose Cancel subscription, then confirm.

Canceling renewal does not request a refund. To use the 14-day money-back guarantee, follow Request a refund.

You can download your world from a backup while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends.

Resume renewal

If you change your mind, you can turn automatic renewal back on before your subscription ends.

1. Open Billing and find the Subscriptions section.
2. Choose Manage next to the subscription.
3. Choose Resume subscription, then confirm.

Your subscription will renew at the end of the current billing period, and you’ll be charged as usual.
