Request a refund

Our 14-day money-back guarantee covers your initial payment, less any previous refunds. Request it within 14 days of starting your subscription. Renewal payments are excluded from the guarantee.

Request your refund

1. Open Billing and find the Subscriptions section.
2. Choose Manage next to the subscription. If you’ve already canceled it, look in the Canceled tab.
3. Choose Request refund, then confirm.

Once your refund request is processed, your subscription ends and your server stops.

You can download your world from a backup for 30 days after your subscription ends.

Check your refund

Open Billing and choose Manage next to the subscription to see its refund status and history.

The refund goes to your original payment method. After it succeeds, allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank. If further action is needed, check your email for instructions.
